While you are visiting you should try to catch “Richie” playing at the area restaurants. He is a kind-hearted spiritualist who lives on his very own manmade island. (That is a story unto itself having been featured on Ripley’s Believe it or Not.) He will play his guitar and sing every hit you can think of from the 60’s and 70’s from “Bad, Bad Leroy Brown” to the Beatles to James Taylor. This guy is wonderful and a very dear person to us. Some of our best nights in PA have been eating dinner and listening to him. You can usually catch him during the week at any number of the restaurants. Just ask around the area restaurants—someone will know when and where he will be performing. If you’re lucky, he might invite you and your friends to take a tour of his island.
